Feed the thin end of the strap adjustment tail through the desired slot in the back of the main body of the strap (see figure 1).
Pull the tail through until the wide end of the tail with the single slot is up against the main body of the strap. This will allow the end with the single slot to fold forward to accept the thin end of the tail as it is fed back through the strap (see figure 2).
Feed the thin end of the tail back through the next slot in the front of the strap and through the single slot in the wide end of the adjustment tail (see figure 3).
Pull the tail all the way through until it is pulled snug (see figure 4).
Continue to weave the tail through the remaining slots and pull it tight (see figures 5(1-4)).
